Here Comes the Bride

Did you just get engaged over New Years or Valentine's Day? Have you been engaged, but now have a date in mind? Well, congratulations either way!

In my circle, it seems like there's something in the water, because it is full-on wedding season in these parts. Good thing we've got some serious wedding expertise under our belts. Perhaps you're not aware, but Cork's actually serves as the on-site caterer for private dining functions, meetings, and events at the attached Embassy Suites St. Paul. This means that we have the pleasure of hosting anything from small, intimate family dinners, as well as large corporate meetings, and our favorite, weddings!

The Gazebo in our beautiful, garden atrium is the ideal setting for wedding ceremonies. Our own indoor ducks wander the grounds, as your guests meander down the cobblestone garden path to your wedding!

Then, guests make their way to our in-house ballroom for the reception, initially enjoying butler-passed hors d'oeuvres at your cocktail hour. (That way you have time for pictures in the scenic atrium with your new spouse!)

Our partnership with Embassy Suites St. Paul is also quite conducive for securing group rates on hotel rooms, so that after dancing the night away, your guests can drift to sleep peacefully safe and sound on-premises!
